أخذ نسخه أحتياطيه لتعاريف جهازك من أهم الأشياء

التي يجب الحرص عليها قبل تنصيب نظام جديد ﴿ الفورمات﴾ أوتحديث أحد التعاريف

ولهذا السبب نحتاج لبرنامج مثل

Double Driver

مجاني بالكامل ـــ حجم صغير ـــ لايحتاج تنصيب

والأهم أنه يعمل نسخه احتياطيه ذات ملف ذاتي التنفيذ SFX

والبرنامج لايقوم بتحديث التعريفات فقط يعمل نسخه احتياطيه من التعريفات

وهذا ما أفضله فيه ، قد يسأل البعض لماذا ؟!!

لأني لا أنصح بجلب التعريفات باستخدام البرامج بل

بالذهاب سواء للشركه المنتجه للجهاز أو الشركه المنتجه للدرايف .

الــــــــشــــــرح

1ــ شغل البرنامج بدبل كلك للاكسبي والفيستا وسفن تشغيل كمسؤول

2ــ أضغط علي scan لـبدأ الفحص والبحث عن تعريفات الجهاز

3 ــ أختر كل التعريفات الموجوده علي جهازك

4 ــ لأختيار مكان وضع النسخه الأحتياطيه ولجعل النسخه ملف تنفيذي

5 ـــ يبدأ البرنامج بجمع التعريفات كلها ومن ثم أرشفتها وضغطها

وعمل ملف تنفيذي ذاتي الأقلاع

6 ــ ثم تقوم بالذهاب للملف الذي أخترته لوضع النسخه

لتجد تعاريف جهازك قــم بوضعها في مكان أمين بعيدا عن جهازك

7 ـ وعندما تحتاجها فقط دبل كليك وسوف يبدأ

الملف التنفيذي باستعادة جميع التعاريف لجهازك اتوماتيكيا

الطريقـــه


تاخذ كل العناصر و تقوم بمزجها جيدا اذا كان بطنك كتير كبير
وحاس انو مليئ بالشحوم تخلطونه بخل التفاح لكي تتحصلو
على عجينه.
اذا كان بطنك متوسطه الحجم المقادير تجمعونه بعصير الليمون
لكي تتحصلون على عجينه. او ممكن بزيت الزيتون,,

خذوا شيئ من العجين على قدر نواة المشمش ,,,
المهم حاولوا ان تشملوا قرص صغير و حطي الاقراص
في صينيه لان تنتهي من كل العجينه.

بعد ذلك ادخلوا الصينيه للفريزر الى ان تتجمد الاقراص,
بعد ذلك انزعوها من الصينيه و حطوها في قاروره زجاج
ومن ثم ارجعوها للفريزر.
على الريق تاخذوا قرص مع كاس ماء وبعد ساع
ه ممكن تفطرون عادي.
قبل الغداء بنصف ساعه تاخذوا قرص و بعدين اتغدوا عادي.
قبل العشاء بنصف ساعه تاخذوا قرص و يكون خفيف.

"بروزاك" دواء الاكتئاب السحري وخاصة للنساء

علاج بروزاك Prozac


بعد سنوات عديدة من معاناة المرضى من أدوية الاكتئاب أو أضرارها الجانبية الخطيرة برز عقار"بروزاك" في علاج الاكتئاب في سنة 1988م، ويعتبر "بروزاك" من أهم الأدوية المعروفة لعلاج الاكتئاب، وهو أول دواء يكتشف من الأدوية المعروفة لمستقبلات سيروتنين (SSRI) (selective Serotonin Repuptake Inhibitors) ومنذ دخوله في الأسواق أصبح من أكثر الأدوية التي بحثت طبياً في العالم، وهو الآن يعتبر من أكثر الأدوية التي تستعمل لعلاج الاكتئاب في العالم، حيث تدل الإحصاءات أنه يصرف لأكثر من 17 مليون مريض في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية فقط، كما يستخدم في أكثر من 100 بلد في بلدان العالم. لهذا الدواء تأثير على الوزن فهو يخفض الوزن عند الأشخاص الذين يعانون السمنة، حيث استغله البعض لعلاج السمنة لبعض المرضى، ولذلك استخدم للمرضى الذين يعانون من مرض السكر والسمنة، وأوضحت بعض الدراسات أن للبروزاك الأثر الكبير في تخفيف الوزن وتحسن السكر في الدم. ومن الأمور التي تميز هذا الدواء أنه يأخذ مرة واحدة يومياً ولا يتأثر بوجود الطعام، في حين أنه لا يعطي التأثير لمرض الاكتئاب إلا بعد مرور أسبوعين على الأقل من بداية العلاج، ويمكن أن تمتد لأربعة أسابيع حتى يعطي كامل تأثيره، أما بالنسبة لمدة الاستخدام، فيجب أن تحدد من قبل الطبيب المعالج وهي تتراوح بين 6 إلى 12 شهراً وذلك لإبعاد الاكتئاب عن المريض نهائياً. آثار جانبية بروزاك يأتي على شكل كبسولات أو شراب للأطفال، ومن أضراره الجانبية الإصابة بالغثيان والأرق والقلق وهذه الأعراض توجب مراجعة الطبيب لمحاولة تخفيفها بصرف أدوية لها.. ومن آثاره كذلك: الصداع والدوران وفقدان الشهية والتعرق والخمول ونقص في القدرة الجنسية، وهذه الأعراض يمكن أن تخف بعد مرور بضعة أسابيع على أخذ بروزاك. ولهذا الدواء أثر سحري على مرضى الاكتئاب، حيث يقول أحد المرضى ممن استخدموا هذا الدواء: "حين بدأ البروزاك يأخذ مفعوله استطعت أن أسترجع تفكيري وأتعايش مع الناس باطمئنان مرة أخرى"، ويقول آخر: "كنت أعتقد أن الاكتئاب شيء أستطيع أن أتعايش معه لوحدي دون مساعدة الغير، ولكن مهما حاولت فإنه كان يزداد ويتفاقم، وبعد بدايتي مع البروزاك شعرت أنني أستطيع التعامل مع الناس بشكل أفضل وأعيش حياة أسعد". والبروزاك دواء يؤثر على صحة المريض، كما أن تعاطيه خلافاً للتعليمات يعرض المريض للخطر، ويجب اتباع وصفة الطبيب وطريقة الاستعمال وتعليمات الصيدلي بدقة، وعلى المريض ألا يقطع الدواء من تلقاء نفسه دون استشارة الطبيب. البزواك والنساء وعلى صعيد آخر يباع حالياً في الأسواق الأمريكية عقار"سارافيم" الذي يعتبر أول دواء منتج خصيصاً لمعالجة النساء اللواتي يتعرضن لتوترات نفسية وبدنية حادة خلال الدورة الشهرية. و دواء" سارافيم" يحتوي على مركب فلوكستين كلور الهيدروجين، وهو المادة الفعالة ذاتها التي توجد في دواء "بروزاك". وتقول الشركةالمنتجة أن طرح دواء ثاني يحتوي على المادة الفعالة تحت اسم تجاري آخر سيسهم في جهودها الخاصة بالتوعية حول تلك الحالة الصحية والتي تعرف علمياً باسم الاضطراب النفسي ما قبل الطمث، في الوقت نفسه الذي يسمح بفك المزج بين هذه الحالة الصحية ومرض الاكتئاب المختلف.
